Sabrina is a Social Prescribing Link Worker in South Devon and has recently been seconded to work with children and young people. She first became aware of the Self Care Forum in 2020 as her PCN took part in self-care week. A former teacher, Sabrina is keen to use a holistic approach to enabling the children she works with to reach their full potential. Sabrina was part of the team from Baywide PCN who was highly commended as part of the Self Care Forum’s Self Care Innovation Awards in 2021.
