Sonal Mehta

Sonal began her professional life as a community pharmacist and later joined Milton Keynes Clinical Commissioning Group as a primary care pharmacist.  Sonal was asked to lead on a piece of work focused on self-care and established the cross-sector MK Self Care Group.  She also supported the development of local stakeholder group in a deprived estate.  Sonal is passionate about reducing health inequalities and co-producing with people and communities.  She has established a community interest company, Catalyst Health Solutions, to support this endeavor.  Alongside this, Sonal is working across the Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care System to lead on developing strategic partnerships with the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector.
